The plan: 20wk IM plan

I've now completed a 20wk Ironman training program. It details every session. If you would like a copy email me or post a comment with your email address and I will forward a copy to you. If you decide to go ahead with the program I'm willing to help you out as much as possible along the way.

By the way I'm not charging anything other then a beer after the race ;-)

Fluro- just ran across your blog- good stuff! If it's not too much trouble, would love to check out your training plan. Still working on mine...nothing on paper..was planning on following the key workouts from my plan several years ago but always good to see what others are doing. You seem especially motivated too so another plus. mikegrier03@yahoo.com
