Quick update

G'day guys,

Still don't have internet access at the moment. All is well Katrina and I fly off to Tokyo on the 14th August. Not long now.
Training is coming along very well. Putting in more hours then ever and my injuries are not causing me any problems. Will continue with the high volume and low hr training for the next 8-10mths in an attempt to build a monster base which I need

I'm going to be offline for the next few weeks. We have moved out of our unit and are heading into our final preparations before Katrina and I move over to tokyo. pretty bust times at the moment. Will probably be back online in around 3-4 weeks
